MAY AVAIL?
v 16 to 25 years old
v Must pass the Pre-Qualifying Exam
v Must have taken the National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE)
and/or undergo the Youth Profiling for Starting Career (YP4SC), whichever is
applicable
v Must be a bonafide resident of Davao del Norte for at least six (6)
months of continuous stay prior to the application as certified by the Barangay
Chairman.
v Must have no pending criminal case
v The total family income shall not exceed the poverty threshold as
determined by the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA)
v Must not have previously or currently availed of any scholarship
grant from any government agency
